Agile In Audit – Scrum Fundamentals
AIA Scrum Fundamentals (AIA-SF) is a 2-day course that presents scrum for audit teams. Delegates learn via a mix of instruction and team-based exercises. The roles, events, artifacts and rules of Scrum are taught, demonstrated and practiced. Common anti-patterns and misunderstandings are addressed so delegates can apply scrum more effectively.
AIA Scrum Fundamentals is a bespoke scrum training course created specifically for auditors. As well as covering the scrum framework, the course covers recommended techniques that can be applied on top of the scrum framework such as burndown charts, estimating and visualization.
AIA Scrum Fundamentals is designed for anyone working on an agile audit.
The course material provides delegates with all they need to become a productive agile auditor working on agile audits.
Assessment and certification
The AIA Scrum Fundamentals course is designed to help delegates apply scrum. It also covers the learning objectives for the AIA Scrum Fundamentals certificate which delegates can earn by taking the associated online assessment.
The AIA Scrum Fundamentals course is created by Derek Davidson. Derek is a Professional Scrum Trainer with scrum.org, the organization created by Ken Schwaber, co-creator of scrum. Derek teaches, and licences, the AIA Scrum Fundamentals material.
AIA Scrum Fundamentals courses are presented by AIA Licenced trainers, each of whom will have passed the AIA-SF assessment as well as attended and passed a rigorous ‘train the trainer’ event and interview run by Derek Davidson.
